....Imposant ist Řezníčeks Instrumentierungskunst und das lichte Klangbild dieser Aufnahme. Dazu trägt das absolut standfeste Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin bei, das in klanglichen Belangen ein ausgezeichneter Anwalt dieser Musik unter dem scheinbar mühelosen Dirigat von Nürnbergs GMD Marcus Bosch (*1969) ist. Was er mit dem Orchester schafft, ist absolut professionell und klanglich sensationell. Sowohl die Holzbläser erstrahlen hier in festlichem Geschmeide, das Blech in güldener Manier, der Streicherapparat agiert vorbildlich.

..Nachtstück (Night Music) (1905) for violin, horn, harp, and strings is nine minutes of sublime languishing in a lush atmospheric pool. The sumptuous textures Sophie Jaffé and Marcus Bosch create are like a dream of love. It is heart-stoppingly beautiful.
